• 4 cups baby spinach • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1 onion, chopped • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped • 500g Goody Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce • 2 x 165g cans Goody Light Meat Tuna in Brine • 125g Goody Macaroni Cannelloni • 3 tbsp unsalted butter • 3 tbsp plain flour • 1 cup milk

• 3 tbsp grated cheddar, plus 1 tbsp extra • 3 tbsp grated mozzarella, plus 1 tbsp extra • basil leaves for garnish 1 Pu t th e spinac h in a siev e an d pou r ove r boilin g wate r t o wilt. Cool , transfe r t o a clean te a towe l an d squeeze ou t th e exces s water . Roughl y chop.

2 Se t a pa n wit h th e oi l ove r a mediu m heat. Coo k th e onio n fo r 5 minutes , sti r i n th e garlic an d coo k fo r 1 minute . Ad d th e past a sauce , remov e fro m th e heat an d coo l slightly . Sti r in th e tun a an d spinach. 3 Prehea t th e ove n to 180°C . Di p the cannellon i int o a bowl wit h war m water . Spoon som e o f th e sauc e int o th e tube s an d sprea d the

remainin g sauc e ove r the botto m o f a medium bakin g dish . Arrang e the cannellon i o n top. 4 Mel t th e butte r i n a saucepan . Whis k i n the flou r unti l smoot h then pou r i n th e milk, whiskin g unti l ther e are n o lumps . Sti r i n th e cheeses . Spoo n ove r th e pasta , scatte r wit h extr a chees e the n bake fo r 2 0 minutes. Garnish wit h basil.
