Spinach and halloumi pasta salad

• 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped • 4 tbsp olive oil • 300g Goody Penne Rigate with Spinach • 225g halloumi • 1 cup baby spinach • 1 tbsp pine nuts, toasted

This salad tastes great hot from the pan and at room temperature.

• ¾ cup plain yogurt • 3 tbsp Goody Lemon Mayonnaise • 2 tbsp seven spice • 200g skinless chicken thighs • 1 tbsp olive oil • 2 small cucumbers, chopped • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
