• 400g can Goody Mushrooms Pieces and Stems • 1.2 cups chicken or vegetable stock • 1 tbsp olive oil • ½ red onion, finely chopped • 3 thyme sprigs • 2 garlic cloves, sliced • 500g Goody Macaroni Orzo • 1 tbsp cream cheese • 1 tbsp Goody Black Truffle Mayonnaise • 50g grated parmesan, plus shavings to serve 1 Drai n th e mushrooms an d hea t th e stoc k i n a smal l pan. 2 Se t a separat e large saucepa n wit h th e olive oi l ove r a mediu m heat. Ad d th e onio n an d sauté gentl y fo r 5 minutes.
