Ad d th e flou r and coo k fo r 1 minute . Whisk i n th e mil k unti l yo u have a smoot h sauce . Ad d ½ th e mozzarell a an d melt. 9 Prehea t th e gril l to high . Carefull y turn th e lasagn a loa f ou t ont o a bakin g tray , cove r wit h th e béchame l and scatte r ove r the remainin g cheese. Grill fo r 4- 5 minutes , unti l golde n brown . Leave t o coo l fo r 5 minutes the n serve.
• 2 tbsp olive oil • 1 onion, finely chopped • 1 garlic clove, minced • 1 carrot, finely diced • 450g beef mince • 2 bay leaves • 2 tbsp tomato paste • 400g (2½ cups) Goody Sieved Tomatoes • 15-18 sheets Goody Pasta Lasagna • 2 tbsp butter • 2 tbsp flour • 2 cups whole milk • 1 cup mozzarella, plus extra to serve 1 Se t a pa n wit h th e oil ove r a mediu m heat.
