• 6 tbsp Goody Natural Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate • 1¼ cups whole milk • 397g can Goody Velor Sweet Condensed Milk • ¾ cup whipping cream • ½ cup caster sugar • 3 tbsp cornstarch • ¼ tsp orange blossom • ⅔ cup peanuts • ¼ tsp salt • zest of 1 orange, to serve 1 Divid e th e peanut butte r amon g 6 servin g glasse s o r bowls, flattenin g wit h th e bac k o f a spoon . Transfe r t o th e fridge. 2 Whis k togethe r the milk , condense d milk, whippin g crea m and caste r suga r i n a saucepan . Pou r a thir d of th e mixture int o a small bow l an d whis k i n the cornstarch , the n return t o th e pan. 3 Se t th e saucepa n ove r a mediu m hea t an d bring t o a gentl e boil . Whisk continuall y fo r 8-10 minute s unti l thickened an d n o lump s remain. Allo w t o coo l slightly ,

the n whis k i n th e orange blossom. 4 Divid e th e mixture amon g th e glasse s o r bowl s tha t yo u prepared earlier . Retur n t o th e fridg e fo r 3 hour s t o set. 5 Fo r th e peanu t crumble , prehea t th e ove n t o 180° C an d tip th e peanut s ont o a bakin g tra y line d with bakin g paper . Roas t the peanut s fo r 1 0 minutes, unti l golde n brow n and fragrant . Coo l slightly. 6 Ti p int o a blende r wit h th e sal t an d blit z unti l chopped. 7 To p th e pudding s wit h a laye r o f peanut crumbl e jus t before serving . Finis h wit h the orang e zest.
